5. Dispute Resolution: Notice and Opportunity to Cure

By using the digital properties owned by DORIAN MARIE LLC, you agree that any issues or claims regarding digital accessibility must first be submitted to us directly via email at dori@dorianmarie.biz. You agree to provide us with a formal "Notice of Accessibility Barrier" and allow us a period of 60 business days from the receipt of such notice to investigate and resolve the identified barrier (the "Opportunity to Cure").

If a dispute cannot be resolved through this direct communication and cure period, you agree that it shall be settled via Binding Arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, in accordance with Section 11 of our Terms of Service. You acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit and agree that the exclusive venue for any proceedings shall be within King or Snohomish County, Washington, as specified in Section 16 of our Terms of Service.
